Like a boat tossed in a river,
Pulled to shore by helping hands,
Like a fledging trying its winglets,
Soon to soar above the land,
We can know a new beginning,
Feel the strength within us grow.
We are strong, we are sensational,
Ahu Whakamua Tatou.
We are moving forward together
Like the tides that move the sand,
Calm or wild, theyll keep on flowing.
In this journey , take your stand.
Faith is mighty, like an ocean,
Hope is precious like a flower
